Jay is the founder and managing partner of JFP. Prior to starting the fund, Jay served as a Senior Advisor within the United States Technology Transformation Services and Department of the Treasury where he led a variety of public sector initiatives. He began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and started Socstock, a crowdfunding platform for small businesses.
Jay is a Sloan Fellow at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and Villanova University.
