Once we make an acquisition, we are dedicated 100% to leading the business. The managing partner will join the company as CEO, and the investors will bring their decades of experience to bear as board members and advisors.

When we commit to a business, we do so patiently and over the long-term

WHO WE ARE

JAY FINCH

Jay is the founder and managing partner of JFP. Prior to starting the fund, Jay served as a Senior Advisor within the United States Technology Transformation Services and Department of the Treasury where he led a variety of public sector initiatives. He began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and started Socstock, a crowdfunding platform for small businesses.

Jay is a Sloan Fellow at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and Villanova University.
